This page describes, in plain language, what Hyryvo actually collects and does — it hasn't been drafted or reviewed by a lawyer. Treat it as an accurate description of current behavior, not a substitute for professional legal advice.
Terms of use
What Hyryvo is
Hyryvo helps you track hiring at companies you follow, build and store your resume, and generate AI-drafted tailored resumes and cover letters for specific job postings. Every AI draft is generated only from information already on your own profile — nothing about your background is invented — and is always shown to you as a draft you review, edit, or discard before it's used anywhere. Hyryvo never submits a job application on your behalf; you always click apply yourself.
Your account
You can create an account with an email, password, and name (verified by email before first use), or sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Repeated failed login attempts temporarily lock an account as an anti-abuse measure.
Job listings
Job postings shown in the app are sourced from public company career pages and hiring platforms. Each posting carries a legitimacy signal (verified, unverified, or suspicious) as a best-effort safety check, not a guarantee — always use your own judgment before applying anywhere or sharing personal information with an employer.
Acceptable use
Don't use Hyryvo to submit false information about yourself, attempt to bypass usage limits, or interfere with the service for other users. Accounts found doing so may be suspended.
Privacy
What we collect
Your name and email; the resume files you upload; the structured profile data (experience, skills, education, projects) you enter or that's extracted from an uploaded resume; which companies you follow and your alert preferences; and your application-tracking history (statuses, notes, timelines) if you use that feature.
How AI features use your data
Generating match insights, a tailored resume, or a cover letter sends the relevant parts of your profile and the target job posting to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to produce that specific output. This data isn't used to train third-party models on our end, and generated drafts are cached temporarily to avoid re-generating identical output, not stored as a permanent copy of your data elsewhere.
We send account verification email and, if you follow a company, an email the moment they post a matching role. We don't send marketing email and don't share your email address with any company you follow or apply to.
Retention
Your resume uploads and profile data are kept until you delete them yourself. In-app notifications are automatically deleted 14 days after they're created. Cached AI-generated documents automatically expire and are deleted after 30 days unless you've attached them to a tracked application.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data to third parties, and we don't use it for advertising. Account self-service deletion isn't built yet — email us and we'll delete your account and data manually.
Payments
How billing works
Upgrading to Pro is a one-time ₹499 payment, processed by Razorpay, that unlocks Pro-tier limits for 30 days from the moment it's confirmed. It is not a recurring subscription — it does not auto-renew, and you will not be charged again unless you deliberately buy another 30-day pass after the current one lapses.
What we store
We don't see or store your card details — Razorpay's checkout handles those directly. We store the payment's order ID, amount, and status to confirm your Pro upgrade and keep a record of the transaction.
Refunds
There's currently no automated refund flow. If something goes wrong with a payment, email us and we'll sort it out directly.
